Vortex Companies Expands into the Southeast with the Acquisition of VacVision Environmental

The Vortex Companies (“Vortex”), a leading trenchless rehabilitation industry solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of VacVision Environmental (VacVision), a trenchless infrastructure and service contractor, announced Mike Vellano, CEO of Vortex.
Located in South Carolina and Florida, VacVision will significantly bolster Vortex’s presence in the Southeast. “We’ve always believed VacVision shared our approach to delivering a broad range of turnkey trenchless solutions. Its experience, coupled with an excellent reputation, adds immediate value to the Vortex suite of offerings,” said Mr. Vellano.
